AutoZone
Created website banners and brand profile pages for B2C initiatives within a Fortune 500 company, fueling engagement for a weekly user base of 6.1 million. Conceptualized the user interface and graphics for AutoZone's vendor portal, fostering seamless interactions with 50+ vendors. I designed website banners, designed a chat bot, established vendor portal guidelines. and worked closely with the User Interface Team at AutoZone. During my internship, I learned how to understand the needs of a customer and value a website’s accessibility and functions.


ZeroHeight Project
Zeroheight includes guidelines, standards, and best practices for creating and managing digital content for AutoZone. It covers topics such as design principles, branding, tone of voice, content structure, and technical specifications to ensure consistency and quality across AutoZone's digital platforms.

Challenge
Designing a website similar to the AutoZone Digital Content Guide poses multiple obstacles for me as a designer. Developing a user-friendly interface is crucial for smooth navigation and comprehension. Working with different teams is essential in order to collect precise information and input. Ensuring the guide is current with the most recent procedures is an ongoing responsibility. Furthermore, overcoming technical challenges is necessary to smoothly integrate the guide into the current digital ecosystem.

Solution
The overall result was a comprehensive page. I established clear brand guidelines for consistency. I designed a user-friendly interface for easy navigation. I used collaboration tools and regular feedback from various teams to ensure accurate information.
